1. Delivery policy
Subject to availability, we will make every reasonable effort to deliver the Services you have ordered as promptly as possible after accepting your order.

We will deliver the Services directly to the address provided in your order. We will contact you via phone call with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed, and some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.

Once delivered, the Services become your property and responsibility. Except for items that are damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered, we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or destruction of the Services after delivery.

2. In-store pickup
If you would prefer to collect your item, please notify us during your purchase and we will contact you when your order is ready. ​Our in-store pickup hours are 9-5pm Monday to Friday and 9-4pm Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

3. International orders
Please contact us before ordering Products or Services for delivery outside the United Kingdom, as we may not be able to complete your order. At this moment in time we do not offer international shipping, but if you would like to arrange your own international shipping we are happy for you to arrange your own transportation. You will be responsible for any import duties and taxes.

4. ​How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. ​If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your confirmation email, please contact us at wedomobility@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition you will need to arrange to have it returned to us (at your cost) and we will refund the full order amount.

To exercise the right to return your purchase, you must notify us, giving us your full name, address and order reference within the 14 days after the delivery date. Alternatively, within this time period you may ask us to substitute a Product or Service, rather than provide you with a refund. Any difference in price will be payable or refundable before completing the transaction.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at wedomobility@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
